Lennie's To Close Original Location At End Of June
Lennie's restaurant says it will close its original 10th Street location on June 30 to move to the former Roost-Finch's Brasserie on Kirkwood Avenue.
A Facebook post says the restaurant will remain open until then and plans to serve brunch on its last day. After that, there will be an impromptu procession to the new location.
The owner of Lennie's had to find a new space after Indiana University announced plans to demolish and redevelop the Crosstown shopping center. The restaurant found the perfect space after The Roost announced plans to close after 13 years on Kirkwood.
Lennie's will close for about a week in July to open in its new space.
