Paycor New Staff Member Registration
Welcome to One World Enterprises! Thank you for trusting us to be your employer, we are looking forward to working with you! Our company comprises several brands within the food & hospitality industry operating in the Bloomington area, including: Pizza X, Hive, One World Catering, and the One World Commissary and KitchenShare.
As a new staff member, you will be receiving an invitation by email prior to your first day of work to register on Paycor. Here you will fill out personal and contact information, set up your direct deposit (we highly encourage receiving your pay via direct deposit), and enter information for State and Federal taxes. Once registration has been completed, you will need to contact our payroll administrator to make any updates or changes to your account. Please click here to send us an email.
New Hire Orientation Sessions
We host two orientation sessions, which are of great value to help new staff get started on the right foot. You will not need to clock in for this time. The hours and wages will be reported directly to our payroll administrator and will be added to your paycheck. You will also be eligible or a full range of benefits once you have completed both sessions. As an extra bonus, you will receive a $25 gift card at the OWE Staff Experience session. We offer the orientation sessions every few weeks at varying times. New staff are expected to complete both orientation sessions within their first 30-days of employment.
Founder’s Hour
Hosted by one of our two founders, Jeff Mease or Lennie Busch, this session covers the highlights of our long and unique company history since our founding in 1982, and also touches on the philosophies that are intrinsic to who we are. This session ends with a quick tour of our headquarters, the One World Commissary and One World KitchenShare. Depending on the day, you will also get a chance to meet some of our administrative staff.
The OWE Staff Experience
You will leave this session with a good understanding of the benefits available to you, plus an overview of our open book management philosophy, which we apply across the company. Open Book management provides you with opportunities to better understand our businesses and business in general while offering ways for you to greatly impact your success and ours. We also discuss the customer experience, and ways that our staff can provide world class service to our customers.
If you have any questions, consult with your general manager. If you are unable to attend the sessions currently listed due to compatibility complications with your schedule, please click here to send us an email.
