Loesch Farm

All real food starts on the farm. Our purchase of the historic Loesch Farm west of Bloomington is our first step toward creating a true farmstead restaurant and brewery where we will grow and manage our own organic crops as ingredients. Already we are growing hops and heritage breed pigs fed from our food scraps, in addition to turning our organic wastes back into the land where it belongs.
